This website is a con. After you order, they do NOT send you an order confirmation. They just debit your card. You receive the envelop 3 weeks later without any mention of the sender. All you know is that it comes from China.
It advertises on Youtube wonderful new innovative glasses that adjust automatically to your vision, for short, intermediate or long distance, thanks to new German technology. The price is only 25 USD so you are encouraged to order several pairs, for home, office, car, etc ...
What you receive from China is simply reading glasses, in my case it was strength +2 which you can purchase from China at about 1 USD !
When you decide to complain, first difficulty is that there is no contact details on tehir website ! No email, no postal address, no phone number, nothing. In actual fact you do not even know what is the country of origin of this company SHAVIKA. I searched the web and found it was a chinese company.
You complain and they do NOT reply to your complaint, they just offer you 20% discount. You insist to receive a full refund so they offer you 50%. You insist more and they tell you their general conditions specify that you MUST return the goods to them if you want to claim but they warn you that packages are often lost or damaged in transit ... which means they they will probably say package was lost in transit or simply that the glasses inside were recceived damaged therefore any claim is not possible.
I am now considering what to do about these... Read more

The company named in the terms is not the one named elsewhere. The About page and every footer say SHAVIKA is operated by UNITEMAN TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED, a Hong Kong company based in Wanchai, while section 19 of the terms gives another company address, NATUREU FURNITURE INC., Glenwood Springs, Colorado, and applies Colorado law. No registration number and no phone number are displayed, and the shipping policy still sends buyers to contact@mail.snivaro.com, a domain that no longer answers.

The catalogue mixes a wok sold as a hand-hammered Japanese Tsubame-Sanjo piece, a bag described as French design in Italian leather, an engine mug and DIY bead kits. The wok page announces 80% off while the two prices shown, 118 and 60 USD, come to about half. Delivery is announced at 11 to 25 business days, and the October version of the site listed smart zoom glasses for near and far vision, gone from today's catalogue.

Payments go through PayPal: a claim opened there carries a deadline, unlike an email to a printed address.
