Rating:I bought a wireless headphones recently. I used for a few days to test and is not what I am looking for. I requested to return and be refund (I am doing all that under the 14 days requested for returning).
I email them requesting the return. I received a reply says that can not be return because of Hygiene.
I never seen that!! That doesn´t make sense!! How I am going to test a product if I can not use first?
If I don´t like I still have to keep because you don´t want to provide me a refund that I have the rights for that?
If is the case I will write on every single forum about your approach and probably people will stop to buy been afraid of not able to return the item.
