Rating:SCAM website. Do not use. They are taking money and not shipping product. They keep popping up under new names.

Rating:Also Had a super bad experience. They ship product, super slow, when the do ship it Everything is made over seas as an order is placed, so they don't tell you the actual lead time. If you finally do get something after a month, if you try to return the order it is VERY difficult and likely will not refund. I have been corresponding with them for two weeks to get them to "authorize" a return. They have asked me numerous one off questions about why I want to return my order, I suspect they are doing this so the run out their return window and don't have to refund the amount. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Rating:I had a good experience with this company. I ordered two swimsuits on 06/24/20 and they just arrived today (12 days later - 07/06/20.) I was a little nervous initially so I emailed them at service@swiminfancy.com on 06/27/20 to ask about shipping/tracking and someone named "Xilin" replied in less than 24 hours with a USPS tracking #. She said there would be a delay in the tracking showing up and, indeed, it did not register in the USPS system until 5 days later (07/02/20) but I was able to get tracking updates after that. The return address on the package was "UGD" 13901 Yorba Ave., Chino, CA 91710. I live in Ohio so the delivery time was acceptable considering COVID and the July 4th holiday were in the mix. The swimsuits are of good quality and fit well so I am very happy.

Rating:Also, FYI, the PayPal ID where I sent them payment was "OASNOVA (tcreate007@163.com) and the two suits I ordered were "Stripe Print Racerback Tankini Set" in navy/white XL and "Pure Color Twist Tankini Set" in black XL. Both suits are very nice.

Rating:I wish I read this site before purchasing my swimsuit. It took about 10 days to receive but the product looked good. It did not fit though and I sent them an email shortly after receiving advising that since it did not fit what was the return process.. I was asked to send a photo of the product. I did and then got an email back saying that they saw no problem with the but if I insisted to return there would be high transport costs to return and a good solution is that I should give the swimsuit to a friend. I called My credit card company and disputed the charge just in time.

Rating:I filed a complaint with FTC a government consumer protection agency. I recommend if you feel that this company has practiced unfair sales practices that you all do the same. Also change all passwords associated with the credit card you used and your email account.

Rating:DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM!
I ordered 2 ssuits three weeks ago and they have not arrived. I contacted customer support via their email address and received limited information, but did get two tracking numbers and a link to use them in. Neither tracking number worked. I contacted them again and did not recevied a reply. This appears to be a scam or the worst customer service ever. So far, no suits and the money have been taken! BEWARE!

Rating:EXACTLY the same experience as Terri!!! Several emails back and forth, wanted a picture, did not understand “ “did not fit” , acted as if all bathing suits fit the same and they said they could find nothing wrong in the picture...go figure that one out!!! Suggested I give it to a friend!!! Can’t wait to see this company go under!!! Shame on me for not checking their website out BEFORE I ordered!!!

Rating:Ordered a swimsuit from 'Swim in fancy' took 3 weeks to receive and they sent me the wrong size. i emailed their service department every day for a week on how to get a refund/return and they won't respond.

Rating:Swiminfancy is FRAUDULENT. I requested a return authorization for a $36 swimsuit that doesn't fit. The swimsuit came in a package with a California return address . I live in the USA. The company replied to my request:
"Dear customer,
As return the item to China will cost much shipping cost and spend too much time.
We would like to help you resolve the problem asap.
How about we refund $3 and you keep the item

Rating:Terrible customer service. Bathing suits were all ordered in the same size. 2 of the 3 were far larger than the other. 30 emails back and forth with requests for pictures of me wearing the bathing suits (I did not accommodate that bizarre request) then pictures of me measuring the suits. It was all a run around to get me to give up. I did end up with a 50% refund but it took 6 weeks and so much time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER! Very poor products and customer service.

Rating:I wish I had read some of these reviews before I ordered anything from Oasnova! There is no possibility of returning or exchanging anything. I ordered an item form them via an ad on Facebook and it was too big. I emailed them two days after receiving it to request an exchange for another size. In their reply, I was told that their policy is that you cannot return anything after 15 days. I sent a copy of my receipt showing that it had not been 15 days and that I contacted them the day after I received the item. It hadn't even been 15 days since I ordered the item including shipping time so I was well within their time period for exchanges. I've sent them 4 or 5 emails trying to explain this and each time I receive a different version of the same reply, "I'm sorry, purchases can only be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery date. You will have to keep it or give it to a friend." Their customer service is terrible! PayPal should stop working with this company and Facebook needs to stop advertising for them.

Rating:SWIMFANCY has HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR SITE. It took over two weeks to get my order and a return is IMPOSSIBLE. I've had the exact same negative experience as the the other customers above (15-days issue, no communication, etc). I will file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Facebook needs to be more responsible and stop advertising for them.
