Rating:They lie alot. I paid 300.00 and another 100.00 for gas ad eats and all I got was a terrable Hotel room for the night. The hotel room had no coffee pot it was very damp and the sheets on one bed was stained. One bath towel for the two of us. Then they charge 32.63 to park. Never heard of a hotel charging their guest to pay for parking. We went to their movie the next day for what they refered to as the tour. The head woman was very rude. After the tour was over she came in to talk to us we told her we couldn't do it if we wanted to because I am exped to go on dyalises soon and my partner just had back surgery. She ripped up the papers and told us our perks would be in email. Two tickets to universal studio, 2 dinner at brazilian steak house 100.00 visa card and 3 days at hotel. Well we waited in the car in pouring down rain. no email.SHe never reported that we showed upat the tour. I made several phone calls to the marketing agents they acted like they never heard of us..The next day I called VO another lady told me she would turn it in to her supperiors and told her I wanted reimbursed or my perks. So we will see.
