Rating:Woodsen sells acacia wood utensil sets and presents them with a figure typed into the page: "4.7/5 based on 24,241+ customers", repeated three times on a single product page. The store does run a reviews app (Judge.me), and it renders no review at all. The testimonials shown on the page come with a first name, an age and a "Verified Buyer" label, dated "3 days ago" or "1 week ago" whatever the day of your visit. The free gift countdown restarts on each visit, and its end date is 12 February 2026. The operator named in the terms is Gallery No8 LLC, 651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709, a registered-office suite that also appears in the SEC filings of unrelated corporations, and the site publishes no phone number and no registration number. Returns go to a fulfilment centre in China at the buyer's expense, and the refund policy says a replacement, partial refund or store credit is usually offered first. On Trustpilot, the claimed profile carries 3 reviews and a 3.5 TrustScore, including a one-star from a buyer whose order was lost.
