While it usually involves marketing more profitable services or products,[1] it can be simply exposing the customer to other options that were perhaps not considered.laced an order with this company This company operate this system I placed an order and the system doubled the order I ask then to cancel one of the items as it was duplicated they said they could't as it was an UPSELL They are suppose to be refunding the money but because it goes thro various channels there might be a small refund charge
