Rating:Website offers free test for, in my case, Autism. You take time to do the test then, and only then, they tell you it costa £1.95 to get results. I paid, but 3 days later they took an extra £49.95, telling me I'd agreed to an ongoing subscription, which I hadn't. When I complained, they told me it was in their welcome email. It wasn't - no mention at all of any subscription or ongoing costs. When I asked for them to highlight where in the welcome email they mentioned subscription or costs they gave an automated answer of refusal to refund and didn't answer the request. Now they've gone silent.
