Rating:I had never heard of this company/person but they somehow obtained my bank card details and have fraudulently used it to take monthly payments totalling £522.40. I called them and the man (I think French) insisted I'd subscribed to a mobile phone-finding service but couldn't tell me my email address or the number of the phone I'd been looking for or when I'd subscribed. He said he'd send a refund. When I asked for his name the phone went silent. I was then sent an email saying not to cancel my card or they wouldn't send a refund! After several communications from me, they have refunded a total of £340.20 in small payments so it's still £182.20 short of the money stolen. I've sent another email and contacted the fraud department of my bank - it's the police and Gendarmerie next!
