It states on their own terms of service,
" No Financial Guarantee - Nuggmi does not guarantee earnings, profits, investment returns, or financial stability. Participation is voluntary and at the user's own risk.
Users acknowledge that rewards depend on advertiser availability, offer eligibility, compliance, and fraud prevention systems. "
Seems they only do telegram, anonymous and ready to block/leave once the scam is done. It's not uncommon for scammers to make fake crypto sites like this.
If it's do "browse ads" and gain commission, then it's just a run of the mill TASK SCAM.

Rating:there is no company in the world that gives a financial guarantee....
if they say you will make 10,- a day but you only make 9,99 then you could sue them...
that is why nobody gives a guarantee....
