Rating:I placed two orders on Wyldegrey.com almost a month ago. I received emails that both orders shipped, and eventually UPS labels were created. However tracking never updated for either label after they were created. Long after promised delivery dates, I reached out via email twice and sent several messages to their IG and Tiktok accounts. I also posted on several IG and Tiktok posts looking for a response, as did several other customers who were also looking for their orders and getting ignored. We all were repeatedly ignored on all channels, while they kept posting IG posts and stories actively. I just learned that they blocked me on IG, which effectively removed my comments looking for a response, which seems to be their MO to conceal their wake of scammed customers. Multiple customers had threatened to report them to the BBB and dispute the charges on their credit card. I am currently disputing the charges on my AMEX for both orders and reported them to the Shop App for fraud/scamming customers.
It's absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional for a legitimate business to continuously ignore customers inquiring about missing orders through multiple channels, and then to block them for their public inquiries. So I must conclude that this isn't a legitimate company.
