Rating:charged me 2989.99 for a 2 hour call to India to recover scrambled bankfeed data that my bank had no knowedge of initiating nor Intuit. tod me my subscription was expired. thought they meant my Quickbooks online subs. and I agreed to this then found out not intuit. don't know how i initially got their 'help' icon on my screen except I think they also work for Intuit then moonlight on the side after they take over your machine. they have said someone woul'd get back from 'adjustment' dept. but multiple inquiries no response. dropped online quickbooks and no longer need 'help'at 4 times the rate of 1 year of Quickbooks. Snippety in chat box. stay away at all costs.
