Rating:Absolutely terrible firm. They advertise extensively on Facebook. What they don't tell you is that the items come from China. They boldly state in their adverts 30 money back guarantee. In reality you return the item including all postage costs including mandatory tracking which is your responsibility. If you choose this option there is no guarantee that the return will be accepted nor when and if you will be refunded. Ordered radar detector .Does not work. Advertised as warning drivers of all traffic cameras etc. Not true, Return postage to China £19.90..Cost of non functioning product £33.90. . £33.90 +-postage £19.90.Pretty sure postage will not be refunded so my total loss is £33.90+19.90=£53.80. When I complained offered a 20% refund which equals £6.78.
Totally a scam- do not deal with this company-check reviews on Trust Pilot.
