Avoid it's a scam. That saying too good to be true is real. Bunch of crooks, I had to file a dispute. They will try to stall you, but be warned just dispute it.

I scanned my entire pc with bitdefender, and no viruses were found. I did just purchase a new computer. They should be in jail. I repeat, they should be in jail.
