Rating:Extremely poor customer service and a very frustrating return experience.
I would strongly advise South African and other international customers to think very carefully before buying from AutoLinkr, particularly if there is any possibility that you may need to return your device.
My experience has been extremely disappointing.
I submitted return request R2026070714254853127 for order #62938 and shipped the device back on 15 July 2026. I provided AutoLinkr with proof of shipment and the DHL tracking number 6318939874.
I also paid the required import duty on 28 July 2026.
Despite all of this, AutoLinkr has still not properly confirmed receipt of my returned device and I have received virtually no meaningful communication from their offices.
Think about that for a moment: the customer has paid for the return, provided proof of shipment, paid import duties, and is still left chasing the company just to find out whether they have received the device.
This has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience.
For international customers, returning a product can already involve shipping costs, customs requirements, import duties and delays. You would reasonably expect the company receiving the return to communicate clearly and keep you informed. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with AutoLinkr.
The lack of communication is simply unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a company for basic information about their own returned property.
