Rating:I placed an order in November, according to the tracking link, it is marked as delivered, but I never reveved it. it is impossible to get in thouch with their customer service

Packaged never deliver after 5 weeks of wait. They are responsive at first then they said delivered but are unable to send confirmation or courier company name. My door camera didn't show anyone coming and delivering anything. Website no longer exist. Emails are not responding. SCAM

Rating:I also got scammed from a TikTok link said they were sending my item waited over a month then said they'd delivered it now refuses to communicate and I've had to contact my bank as fraudulent activity.

Rating:Ordered in November 2025 in time for christmas as promised. Never delivered but had an email stating it was when I never received it. Total scam and hard to contact!!

Rating:SCAM - Ordered via TikTok. Placed an order beginning on December 2025, order did not arrive. When i contacted them they advised me that it was on the way. It never arrived. They stated that there courier QILIDA has delivered. They stated that they do not operate with any logistic companies in my country (UK). I have repeatedly requested for a refund however they have not done so. They provided me with a screenshot of a make shift excel document with the dispatch order number. DO NOT PURCHASE GOODS THROUGH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!

Thet Pointed me to a link for tracking goods, that also looks like a scam. Do NOT order. Do NOT open any links for tracking.

Rating:È un sito truffa, involontariamente ho acquistato della merce che loro dicono di avermi consegnato la prima volta, e io non ho ricevuto nulla, dicono di averla rispedita e quindi riconsegnata, na io non ho ricevuto nulla, ho chiesto il rimborso dei soldi spesi e non ho ricevuto nulla. Sono solo dei truffatori
