Rating:From my own experience I will say that I ordered a Wi-Fi mini-camera from there 2 months ago. And I received it within 13 days, by the way, they has excellent customer service, who always keep in touch with their customers.

Rating:This is widebrandz - I’m sure it’s the same company - asked for a refund I placed an order on 6th May its now 18th June and keep getting told the American warehouse is closed so it’s taking longer - asked for a refund keep being asked to wait but if I want I can have a full refund but that I should wait. I have asked 4 times now for a refund and still being told to wait/

Rating:Total scam. Ordered outdoor lights and been 2 months already and nothing I’ve received. Customer service keeps giving me the Ring around with its shipping and won’t giving me tracking status nor a refund. Every time I talk to them it’s another story. Don’t buy from them!

Rating:Please don’t order from this website. It’s a scam, I ordered resistance bands 25th May 2020 it’s been 2months and not received anything. When you purchase an item, they send you a text with a fake tracking number, which leads to a website with no updates at all. Alarm bells should’ve rang when they didn’t ask me to add an email address to send confirmation. When you email them, a gentleman by the name of Sanan Aslanov will email you the following: “Your goods are delivered from the USA, since we have a warehouse there. Your goods will be in our distribution center in the UK soon. Due to this situation, order processing may take some time, because due to the coronovirus, the government tightens control over the import of goods from abroad, so it takes some time until all the goods are processed and delivered to you. Please, be patient untill you goods will arrive to you. It will will be deliver soon. We’re keeping in touch with all our customers!”
This is a generic response you get each time you ask a question. Please stay away and do not order from Widebrandz. First time I’ve ever been scammed, I’m now looking to get an alternative from Amazon

Rating:Waited nine weeks for 3 items and still has not shipped. They refuse to answer emails except once. They different give me a tracking number and email had very broken English. SCAM!!!!!
