Rating:It's a scam website! I had a bad experience with this website. I ordered something from them and never get it! There is nobody who answers me and all the messages are automatic. They use Shopify as the shopping cart that's why it looks safe. The phone number is NY number and the location is in VA. if you call, you will get a text message asking you to send them an email. Both their email addresses are set to the same content automatic answer. If you ask more info then no answer. No returns, nobody! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Rating:Ordered a SunJoe dethatcher. Got nothing. Supposedly UPS delivered a 2 pound and a 3 pound package, but I never received either one. Tried to file a claim with UPS, but was told to file it with supplier. Nobody answers their phone and e-mails are not returned. Apparently it is a scam website. Glad I used my credit card and can get a refund.

Rating:Scam website taking advantage of the stay at home orders by not sending the item and then trying to string you along in emails by saying delayed due to covid.

Rating:Do not purchase from this company. I ordered something on 5/7/20. Paid by credit card, they charge my account the next day. I called and e mailed numerous times to determine the status on my order without a response. I then called my credit card company to reverse the charge which they did. This company sucks.
