Rating:With any order you end in a permanet delivery somehow hidden when you place an order. Any reclamation will not answered. Delivery information ended in intensiv contact to the transporter (FEDEX) with the resukt, that the tracking information was wrong and had to be corrected to another transporter (TNT).
Any mail ragarding deliveries - all within 24 hours - cancellatin of my payment account were not answered. Return of the Product is on the recipients cost evev'n they explaind it different in their FAQ (Wie veranlasse ich eine Rücksendung?)

Rating:Thank you so much for everyone who left their comments and reviews here. It is a great awareness because I was about to avail the same recliner sofa. But I googled first being the careful buyer. I have READ A LOT of complaint. Double and continuous payment, and item never being delivered. Thanks to everyone's comment that someone like me was saved from this! Sad that there is no way to stop them. How do we report them?
