Rating:this company charged my CC 4/22/20 told me items were shipped 5/9/20 - what I have received (10 weeks later) is not my order. When I advised them of this they wanted me to keep the wrong items and they would give me a $5.00 credit with my next order -as if I would order from them ever again??? Now I want to return this BUT they won't give me an address to return it to.
BEWARE!!! How would I rate this site? ZERO all the way around.

Rating:this company takes your money and you don't get your order i have written several complaints and all i get it we will sgip it soon.Be smart don't order from them.

Rating:So far, I have not received my order and this is my first experience. It continually says my Order# is incorrect and my tracking number does not appear. It was shipped July 14th. ZERO rating.

Rating:I'm having the same issue as Robin Jordan from 7/8/2020. I received an item but I didn't order it and one item never arrived. After looking at the other merchandise in the order it was determined that none of it will fit the intended receiver.
I received an email back after notifying them of such. They asked for pictures of the items. I sent them pictures of each item.
They responded with they are so sorry the items they sell can't meet my requirements. Could you please keep the item yourself?
Really? Number 1 I didn't order one of the items. Number 2 nothing from the original order fits. I did check around. No one wants these things.
I'm told in another email...If you return your order, you can't get the full refund because you should pay the return shipping charge about more than $30. We can't receive your return package in sometime so that we can't refund you. So we suggest you keep the item, we can give you partial refund of $5 compensation.
I advised I don't accept. First you sent me an item that I didn't order and you are forcing me to keep it. Second I'm a fat American! The items from the order DO NOT FIT! And they aren't going to fit any of my fat big busted American friends. I want a refund please!
No response.
I copied and pasted their Refund Policy from their website. The policy advises no hassle returns. My email advises I would like to return my items via this policy rather than the hassle I'm getting.

Rating:Ordered seven items and received seven items; however, two items received did not match my order. I took pictures of all seven items received and sent them to Thetracylai support. After ~12 email exchanges, I have been unable to get them to either refund my money for the items fulfilled incorrectly or send the missing items. They have offered to refund my money IF I pay to internationally ship/return the incorrectly fulfilled items. It is unethical and fraudulent to keep a customer's money when the company has not fulfilled the order correctly, and expect the customer to pay to return items they did not even order.

Rating:Ordered several items. After a very log wait and several complaints I finally received my items but I did not receive everything I ordered. They had randomly replaced my ordered items with things I would not ever wear. Customer service is refusing a refund unless I send items back at my expense. I believe customer service to be a bot and not real people as the responses sometimes don't make sense and I have had the exact word for word response over and over. This website is obviously a scam. I was forced to give them 1 star, that's 1 star too many

Rating:None of the items I received were the items that I ordered. What I did receive is the cheapest looking and feeling “clothing” I have ever seen. This company is obviously a huge scam!!!
