Rating:Definitely a scam "business" The tracking information said my package had been delivered. When I emailed the scammers, I received a reply stating the package had DEFINITELY been delivered and that I should check with neighbors to see if they picked it up. This is totally impossible as I have two security cameras at the front...one facing my drive, one in the front verandah. The verandah is the only place where it it possible to leave a package. I also have a ring doorbell. It is not possible for anyone to enter my property without seeing them. Do not do business with this place. These review sites needs to implement a negative star system. Mine would be a --5.

Rating:Do not trust this company. I bought 2 chairs via their advert on Facebook and after receiving confirmation of despatch with corresponding tracking number the tracking system showed consistent delays in customs clearance in Hong Kong and long delay in flight from Hong Kong to Spain followed by long customs clearance in Spain. After about 6 weeks the tracking system showed a date on which the chairs were finally delivered but of course no chairs were ever received. After making a formal complaint about not receiving the chairs a girl called "Vivian" promised to send replacement chairs and having received confirmation of despatch together with corresponding tracking number, the tracking system again showed consistent delays but this time, after being supposedly shipped as far as Hong Kong airport, the tracking system is no longer able to recognise the tracking number and it is assumed no replacement chairs were ever sent.
