    I purchased 3 ornament through this website in early November. I have never received a tracking number or any shipping confirmation, despite having contacted them. They say that they are "trying to get the tracking" from the shipping company and to "be patient". It's December now and I still have no answers or ornaments. DEFINITELY A SCAM. STAY AWAY!

    After long wait they sent non-working product, their customer service is some cheap AI completely ignoring your issue and just offering small compensation.

    This whole shop is a scam, be careful!
