    I Purchased a snow bear snowplow custom mount on January 11, 2020; vendor #281 shipped it via UPS from Buffalo, New York to Mount vernon, Ohio – a 3 1/2 hour drive. It was lost by UPS at one of their Columbus, OH facilities on January 20, as per the company's website tracking, and I have not received my item as of February 7, 2020. I was finally able to get the Indian-origin people at UPS to understand what they have done, and they filed a claim on January 31- now, they tell me I have to contact the seller to get any satisfaction. I have not received a response from the seller, and GoVet.com's contact/resolutiin website is unendurable. As a 50% disabled United States military veteran, I recommend avoiding using GoVets.com – based on my own personal experience.

    purchased 25 lbs of fava beans which were removed from original box and another product was substituted of half dollar value. Highly suspicious behavior by Veratics customer 'service'. I'm a veteran and expected decent service from Govets. No phone access.

    We are an Electrical Contractor and this is by far the most INCOMPETENT & CROOKED company we have EVER had the displeasure of doing business with. Their lack of customer service and communication is outstanding! We love our vets and we were initially excited to have found their website. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! Short and sweet version: They severely slack on processing their orders & shipped the material more than 24 hours AFTER we requested the order be cancelled. Then after a month of correspondence regarding a return, they insisted that WE pay for return shipping as well as a 20-30% restocking fee.

    Long version…

    We ordered material on September 25th.

    On October 4th at 7:39am we requested a cancellation. This was due to lack of communication regarding the status of this order as we had not received notification that the order had been processed let alone shipped. This request was received by their support team and acknowledged the same day at 10:55am, we were told that our cancellation was a high priority, to be processed “ASAP”.

    NO COMMUNICATION FROM THIS COMPANY FOR 5 DAYS!

    On October 9th we received an automatic notification that the order had been SHIPPED! At this point its been over THREE weeks from the date we placed the order & more than a week after we requested it to be cancelled! We politely followed up with their team TWICE that same day & did NOT receive a response.

    NO COMMUNICATION FROM THIS COMPANY FOR 4 DAYS!

    On October 13th, they finally responded letting us know that the material had already left the manufacturer! They apologized for the inconvenience & told us to notify them if we chose to return it. We responded within 6 minutes that YES, we would need to return the material & requested information regarding their return process.... Read more

    Do not order ANYTHING from this company!!! They are committing fraud. They immediately charge your credit card and then don't send you the item. It is very hard to get anyone on the phone. They do not return phone messages or emails. We can easily report the charge to our credit card company and be credited and then they get away with the fraud.

    These people stole my money. I purchased respirator filters to protect myself from the Coronavirus. Their website said they would ship in 1 business day. It’s been over a week and I never received anything. Now, after I contacted them, they are saying that they may ship the filters in May 2020. I never agreed to this!!!!!! I agreed to one business day. They never even bothered to contact me. These people are holding my money interest free. Their company should be shut down.

    I am going to be calling the better Business bureau Monday and the Attorney Generals office. I have been getting jerked around by Beth Schwartz for almost two weeks.. they are a joke! No shipping info or correspondence from them. They need to be shut down! I will be contacting my credit card company and reporting them!

    I placed an order on 3/2/20. One item was supposed to ship directly from them, the other from another vendor they contract with. Ten days later. Nothing has shipped. I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. Nothing has happened. They are holding my money and not providing products. I've placed two calls to customer service. Now they aren't even answering their phones. I sent customer service an email. No response. I have filed disputes with my credit card company. I was happy to support a veteran owned business, but this company is horrible. Frauds.

    I orders a few hundred dollars worth a month ago, no shipment, no communication, no nothing, no returned emails or calls. I just did a dispute with credit card company. It is like Govets disappeared.

    DO NOT order anything on this site! I spent 75.00 for an order of rice several weeks ago--I cancelled a week ago since product did not ship and still no credit. We are reporting them to paypal to dispute this.

    ZERO stars! Stay away from them! They charge your card immediately when you place an order. WRONG---they should not charge anything until shipping. What a rip-off! Then they try to say that you can't dispute the charge after you cancel the order, due to the "Terms and Conditions" that everyone automatically clicks on when placing an order.

    I rate it minus 5.

    I have never dealt with a company that was so hard to reach a real person and one that constantly sends what we tend to call "rubber-stamp" replies for feedback. That just adds frustration to customers and certainly does not lead to positive company feedback.
    The sparce email feedback that had been received had contradictory comments in the email about when the product was going to ship as well as a statement that a full refund would be applied: that sort of feedback doesn't make sense and makes one wonder who steering the GoVets " ship"?
    One email (not rubber stamp reply) indicated that a shipment from your supplier would occur on 4/15: it is now 4/16 can someone please verify if that has occurred? We all know that the COVID problem is having an impact but using it as a blanket excuse just frustrates buyers even further. I'm beginning to wonder if the SCAM reputation might be true as it's been 3 weeks and no shipment.

    This site is a scam. Bought a printer from them got it in and it doesn't work. Contacted govets.com same day for a return. I was told to contact the manufacturer that they would have to deal with me. The manufacturer says it will take a month to a month and a half from the time they receive the item for a refund. So just a heads up if you make a purchase and they send you a product that doesn't work it will take months to resolve and your money will be tied up the whole time. What a great way to screw people over in hard times with this COVID crap. Govets.com return policy is a lie.

    terrible company. DO NOT buy anything from them. I am a physician serving veterans in the VA. Placed orders for PPE for 12 items worth a total of $467.20, only received one item worth $21.27. They refunded me about half of my money but kept the other half. Unable to call, email or chat with them online. Had to file dispute with my credit card company. Would give them zero stars if I could.
