Rating:If anything goes wrong, you cannot contact the company. They can do anything they want with your order and if you try to email them, it does not get answered.
The first order I made was going to arrive at a bad time. I emailed right after I made the order to cancel it - no response.
I ordered twice successfully. The third order, one of the vapes had burned out. The bottom plastic was melted near the charging port. When I opened the packaging it had a bad chemical smell. It was completely inoperable and I didn't dare plug it in.
I emailed them - no response. What am I supposed to do? Just stop ordering from them forever seems like the most logical.
