Rating:Company IMHO is a complete scam. They are out of China, pretend to ship items that haven't left the Asian continent shores. Never give you status updates, yet when you cancel an order, conveniently say "it was shipped" and although they have "created" a shipper tracking number, the item hasn't really been shipped. Beware.

Rating:I will agree with the previous comment. This company is a SCAM! I ordered my item (pressure washer) on 4/19/20 and on 4/23/20 was told my item shipped and gave me a tracking number. It arrived in Los Angeles, CA on 5/3/20 only to move to Bloomington, CA where it's been since 5/28/20. I reached out by email to their customer service and they keep reassuring me that the item has been shipped and on it's way to me. They offer no refunds and I have requested that they cancel my order but they continue with the reassurance that the item is en route. As I look closer their product reviews are completely BOGUS and those pop ups telling me that someone in the US has the item in their basket or has purchased products is being using to influence buyers! It's a SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Rating:Modern Mint is a complete scam. My item has been supposedly been in transit for over 2 months. The keep telling me the item is on its way and please be patient. It's been at their partner facility in CA for 2 months. BEWARE!

Rating:Yes indeed! They are a scam. Ordered a bunch of raised fabric beds for my garden on May 10th, 2020. Got notification by email they had shipped from CHINA no less. Dah! Should have figured! Nothing was ever said about them coming from China! Waited until Mid-June and finally got a partial shipment in. Only part of my order arrived and wasn't the tracking number given originally for two shipments. The return address appeared to be from "Jon" in a gas station in Auburn, Alabama?! Go figure! Called to complain. Phone message says they are too busy to answer calls but to email customer service instead and you receive an answer in 24-48 hours. I have done that many times and just get the run around from them. They say they are shipped on the way. I ask for my money back and never any comment about that. I spent over $200 for these beds and only ended up less half my order. So do yourself a favor. Don't order from them or you will be SORRY! I hope they are one of the small businesses that DO go out of business because of covid-19! And soon! What a rip off! Report them to the BBB!

Rating:I didn't review this company before I ordered, but I was scammed as well. Contacting them is a scam because they keep sending me the same template comments. Asked for merchandise or refund....said they can't because it's in transit. It's been well over a month, no merchandise and tracking stopped on 6/24/20....Today is 7/11/20. Total FRAUD.

Rating:I wish I had read these ratings prior to ordering. The product promotion is beyond deceptive; itis flat out thievery, “Classic bait and switch.” There was no semblance between what I ordered and what was delivered. When they finally responded, they informed that I ordered the wrong product and there was nothing they could do. john murphy

Rating:Do not deal with this company. Indicates its based in Canada, but actually is from China. What you order is not what you receive. They blame you because you 'selected' the wrong product, but your order pictures something else. I would rate it minus 5. Very apologetic but realise you won't return goods for a refund as it would cost more to send back than the refund.

Rating:I just received an order I placed a month ago for refrigerator trays - the concept was great, and not cheap. After getting them, there is no way these things work.
the clips don’t clip and I couldn’t safely put food inside and expect it to not leak.
No instructions, no labeling on the product. I had to find out about this company via my credit card info.
I’ll report the charge, but not sure how that will work out. I’m afraid I just threw away $70.

Rating:I had the same problem about wrong plug despite being clear this is the USA. Now not only does the phone not work, their emails keep bouncing back! I'm beyond pissed off.

Rating:I order on the 20th of Nov. recieved the item in just over a month. No biggy. The problem is the item sent is a child’s toy supper small. It came damaged cause they placed it inside of a plastic mail bag. Smashed and possibly broke is bad but the item wasn’t even what they display in the add.
they are not meeting the 100% guarantee is not in existence. Please use some other store. 0 out of 10. Zero
