I returned to Musique shop a piano stool I bought from the UK more than two months ago. The stool had not even been unpacked and I returned it because its colour did not match the photo in the website at all. Musique Shop confirmed receiving it and pretended to issue me a credit (a store credit? What about a proper refund??). But I have no store credit and no money back. I sent two tickets enquiring about my refund weeks ago and no response. They are impossible to reach and my money is gone. The reviews online just confirmed my suspicions: this company just steals money from customers over and over. And they falsely claim to be rated Good on Trustpilot! They have one star rating on Yelp from all the customers they scammed!

    I ordered from this site in December. The item was supposed to arrive within a week. It didn't. I cancelled after 30 days and asked for refund. According to the law, I should have received the refund within 14 days. I didn't. Another month has passed since then. I reported this company to French authorities for fraud in the meantime and initiated several procedures to get my money back.

    I am afraid you will never get your money back form Musique Shop.

    I returned a piano bench to them 6 months ago and never saw a penny being refunded even though they had accepted my return. Today they sent me an e-mail to the many tickets I opened in their lousy website and told me they were refusing my return because too much time has passed. I will never see my money back. Thank God it was only about £100. They have scammed hundreds of people especially from the UK
