Rating:Ordered two facemasks on 4/25/2020 and their website leads you to believe that Puuure is located in Costa Mesa, CA and I am 10 miles away. Thought shipping would be quick. Turns out they quote 5-15 days for delivery AND the tracking number they provided on 4/27/20 was invalid. All of my emails were answered around 11:00pm PST so I knew they were actually located in China. I asked direct questions like "what carrier did you use and what date is the ETA". Answers were evasive like "we use third party delivery and we don't want to misquote you delivery date!", "must be busy so the carrier hasn't updated tracking", I informed them to cancel my order and they need to reach out to their fulfillment dept to cancel; it has been four days with no response. So I will now dispute the transaction with Visa and let Puuure deal with them for a while.

Rating:DO NOT buy these masks. The plastic compartment that holds the filter in place opens on its own. They have little plastic circles that fall off and they do not offer replacements.
