Rating:What a terrible company. It MUST be a scam. I ordered and paid, they said they delivered, but nothing received.
AVOID at all costs.

Rating:I have been given the run around by this company recently. In April 2025, I ordered off of a SportChek Facebook page, for HOKA shoes 75% off.
Once I paid with VISA, the emails were from Cuppoul-Spoon, no indication it was from SportChek at all.
I was given a tracking number from ChinaPost, which I was tracking. The tracking stopped once it came to Canada and said it was "delivered". It was not delivered and no longer trackable. I was told to keep on contacting my Local Post office which was no an option as the tracking number did not exist in their records.
I was told to wait patiently for another week. I have asked them for complete refund. This keeps going back and forth until they finally say, "it was lost and we are sending another"
OK sure, let's wait on that. I will be contacting SportChek head office to see if they know their name is being tarnished as I would not have bought them if SportCheck name was not involved.

Rating:I have been given the run around. I purchased a watch for my wife with an orange band.
They sent black and won't exchange.
They want almost as much for the black band as the watch.
I told them I wanted to evoke the money back guarantee but they sure now stone deaf.
I guess I need to go to visa and fight the charge.
Be very cautious dealing with this company

Rating:Order from sports direct site which was clearly a scam as items ordered and paid for and confirmed delivery nothing has arrived..
