Rating:This site captured my credit card, promised it would never be used unless I upgraded to premium. They then charged me $US50 as a monthly charge because I had no way of unsubscribing. This is a scam.

Rating:mediavod.com advertised as in New zealand everyone is leaving netflix and switching to them. The advert was in a valid place. So i visited their site. They offered free service and only required a simple registration. I gave my email and put a password. Then a new window appeared asking for my visa card which they say it is for address verification and only if I end up purchasing extra or move to higher membership level. Then I stopped! There are several red flags I will not mention because no point teaching a con men who get clever but not wise! Any way, I believe Mediavod is a scam!

Rating:It is a scam. I called the bank straight after I signed up and the person I spoke to said there had already been several attempts on my credit card coming from Cyprus. I cancelled my card. Definitely a scam.
