Rating:I ordered a couple of doormats from them on May 7. Supposedly they are in New York right now, but I "should receive them within a months' time". I emailed them and asked why it would take so long to ship from Florida and asked if they were shipping from China. They said they had warehouses all over the world and are based in Olveida, FL. Riiigghhhttt! If you google their Florida address, it is a PO Box at the UPS Store. I just hope I get my products...even if they come from China. No more ordering for me from Facebook ads!!! If anyone has ordered from them, did you eventually get your products?

Rating:Beware that this company false advertises, then when you complain they treat you as if you're wrong. Then they refuse refund until the item is shipped back to them. AFTER you pay for your own shipping and they act as if they are doing you a favor when they were the ones who were wrong in the first place. They don't provide you with any return labels so you need to pay out of pocket even after they FALSELY ADVERTISE. And yes, they do ship from China. Item I ordered stated it was cotton on their site but when it arrived it was 100% polyester. I'm allergic to that as well... But they are blaming me for returning the item.

Rating:After two months of waiting, my item is "in Los Angeles." Co. says it has been for over a month. They'd be happy to ship me a new one. Bull shit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Rating:I ordered from them during beginning of March 2020. Took forever for them to deliver my product -- thought it might be a scam, but then 3 months later my product arrived. But there was a mistake in the order and when I tried to discuss it with customer service (on line discussion is only option available) they couldn't solve problem or admit they had made a mistake with the details on what I ordered. So I figured out that the only way to get what I wanted was to reorder it so I took a chance -- and low and behold, without such a long wait this time my item arrived with the details correct!
That said, I did order something with the my first order that was never delivered, but paid for. Also, out of the blue they sent me someone else's order and when I called to tell them about it, they didn't do anything and just told me they'd get back to me but never did.
Their customer service is horrible. But their products are cute -- so it seems kind of hit and miss with them. Order at your own risk - but sometimes they come through.
