Sending false and fake shipping . Lying about refunds .

Rating:On January 24,2025 my check was cash for $44.87 for blue suitcase which I never receive yet. Go to merchant's customer service page, call the merchant 626 633 2929 which is not in service yet. The name was KINDERTRENDS, 1502 Foothill Blvd Ste 103699' LA VERNE' CA 91750. I send a message on their email plus send a letter with copy of my deposit check from bank plus the item I purchase with no respond back. Since I have been sick and in hospital the time has past without any information from company. Do you have any advice for me?
