Rating:This is a scam. I wanted to remove a photo and they charged me 50 dollars for the monthly subscription. Why would someone pay 50 dollars for removing the background.
Do not use.

Rating:This website is a total scam! It gave me the option to register for a subscription or to purchase individual credits. I believe the option was 10 credits for one dollar. I use this option, as I only needed to edit one photo for work. A month later they bill me $49.95 for a monthly subscription. I go back to the website and see even though the box that you click on states that you only want to purchase the one dollar worth of credits, there is tiny fine print at the very bottom that says you have to cancel your member membership within one week or he will automatically be charged $49.95 each month. then I go to cancel the " subscription" and they tell me that my email address is invalid, so there's no way for me to even cancel. They have such a have such an issue with this that there is an entire website dedicated to explaining why they charged your account. They know exactly what they're doing! Super sketchy, don't trust them. On top of everything else, their software sucks. Just use Canva! I have emailed them. Requesting that any account or subscription that they have signed me up for be canceled immediately, and that discharge be reversed. Otherwise, I will be contacting my bank to file a charge back and also reporting them to the BBB.

Rating:I paid $1.50 for something they did for me. It was on my credit card statement, and OK. A few days later, they attempted to charge $60 from my card, but my bank, which likely knows they are a scam, contacted me... Now, I need to replace my credit card.

Rating:The same experience as other users. You edit a photo, pay for it properly with your credit card, and a week later you win a prize: €39.95 subscription fee for a month. A complete scam.

Rating:Deceptive service. I was required to submit a positive review before being able to access the background-removal tool, which I needed for a passport photo. It was not made clear that this would result in an ongoing subscription of $70 per month.
I did not receive any subscription confirmation or reminder emails before my credit card was charged. The fee is excessive for a simple background-removal service. I only became aware of the charges when reviewing my credit card statement.
I would not have used the service had the subscription terms been clearly disclosed. Avoid.
