Rating:I purchased a shirt over the weekend. When the payment went through, it said the charge may from from "Luxies Lashes LLC" this was a red flag to me. I got on Google and started checking reviews. To no surprise, things like poor quality and non-existent customer service came up (I should have done this first). I immediately sent them an email to cancel my order. They replied Monday morning and although they issued my refund I only got 90% back. 90%?????? We have all seen and heard of restocking fees, but I have never seen a company who charges you to cancel your order. STAY AWAY!
