Rating:Scam Chinese company , has USA in the name and shows a California address but it shipps from China. Just like Gadgetcheatah. Same set up.

Rating:Im a first time buyer of genbay products. It say zhips within usa???? I emailed them and asked why its been 13 daya aince i placed order i have tried to email several timez and i keep getting replied my email is being routed to somewhere elese!!!!idk wtf kind of company these people are runnin??? You get charged no problems there but cant even track your purchase or get any response from anyone that can tell you WTF is going on
I guess its my first and last time dealing with this compsny! !!! False advertisment should b a punishable offense. Espically when its suppose to be a USA company. USA isnt at the China post!!!!! Its ridiclious what a person has to go thru just to vet what you pay for

Rating:I bought and received the product I ordered. The product was terrible and completely useless. After jumping through hoops to get a return authorization they quit responding to my emails.
