Rating:Ordered product over 7 weeks ago. Not arrived. Sent emails, no-one answers phone number given. I would say, definitely a scam site.

Rating:1. We purchased your light on the 1st February 2025.
2. We wrote to you detailing the delay in receiving the parcel on the 17th Feb 2025.
3. Once the light did finally arrive we emailed Picadex to outline its fault as the light did not function as it was supposed to.
4. Then Picadex asked for a video to prove this, we sent this IMMEDIATELY
5. APRIL 3rd 2025 Picadex arranged for another light to be sent to us to replace this faulty one.
6. 12th May 2025 no light had arrived. We chased.
7. 13th May 2025 Picadex promised to follow up and let we know when the replacement light was dispatched.
8. 26TH AUGUST OVER THREE MONTHS LATER Picadex response:
"After carefully reviewing your case with the team, I regret to inform you that due to the length of time that has now passed since the original order, we are unfortunately unable to process any further resolution on this request."
I would not trust this company again. We have a faulty light and no refund!

Rating:Website states all products are shipped from UK warehouse with no international delays. I ordered a product and the tracking information was from China and was taking 2 weeks to be delivered. I contacted them to cancel and refund the order, which they refused

Rating:I have been trying to return an item for a refund but they don't reply to emails or their contact form, and the phone number on their website is fake (or no longer exists). They have no trust pilot reviews despite what they say on their website. According to official UK govt records, their annual accounts are 3 months overdue and there is an application in process to strike off the business (i.e. close it down). https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/14567117
