Rating:Poor experience with CGPick and ineffective support / Mala experiencia con CGPick y soporte ineficiente
I purchased a 12-month Netflix 4K account through CGPick, but the credentials provided didn't work from the start. I contacted support, and while they tried to fix the issue by sending me two additional accounts with their respective passwords, none of them worked either.
After spending four hours trying various combinations without success, I requested a refund. The experience was frustrating and didn't meet my expectations at all.
I hope CGPick improves their processes to ensure that the accounts they provide work correctly from the beginning and that they offer faster, more reliable support for resolving issues.

I must point out that it is not true that you have sent me a previous email to address my situation. I have not received any message from you, despite having contacted you earlier and clearly explaining the issue.
As I mentioned before, the credentials provided do not work, not even after trying the multiple combinations you sent me. I have already tried all possible solutions, including using a VPN, without success.
I reiterate my request for a refund, as I am not receiving the service I paid for. I expect a definitive solution as soon as possible.
