    Yikes! My comment that I just left was for scamdoc.com!

    It was NOT for AlyCandy, which is a scam operation. I was scammed by them also. I have filed a complaint with PayPal and am looking to recover my money spent with them.

    I certainly believe that this is definitely a scam. My package has been in transit to DH Commerce since April 25th and I have heard nothing else I have sent several emails to their site I have not gotten a response and I feel that I just got beat out of my money. I have ordered from other sites after I ordered from this one and received my merchandise it appears they were more credible although they were new. I am very disappointed and I will be contacting PayPal in a couple of days to request that they refund my account and they deal with this.

    Received an order today. None of the items were as ordered (7 items total). Am seeking to return the order. Return address on the merchandise was "John Doe." Not a good sign. Will report how the rest of this transaction is handled.

    Apparently "Anon" is the only person who received their order. We just called DHL with the tracking number AlyCandy provided and were told that they don't have any package for us. We're disputing the charge with our bank now. I'm guessing that the "How would you rate this web site" refers to AlyCandy, so I'm rating it one star.

    Scam company. They took my money and never delivered a product. I complained and they just got rude and refused to refund. I have a PayPal complaint. They also misrepresented their company. They are in Asia and try to pretend they are in US.

    like everyone else is saying- it has been well over a month since I placed my order.

    They have been very response on email but the tracking number is useless.

    Their facebook site has the same comments about being scammed

    I believe they are total scammers! I still haven't received my Order and after many requests for them to refund my money they finally got back to me and said it shipped and can only refund if I don’t get it in time. Still didn’t get it, again demanded a refund, reported them to the BBB & they write back to say once that it was shipped then again that it was lost and they are shipping it again! I have continued to demand that they refund my money and will continue to see what other steps I can take to keep them from scamming others

    I never received my face masks.
    They do not have a phone number.
    Their Facebook page no longer exists.
    They do not give you a receipt of purchase.
    They do not answer to complaints by email.
    I have a dispute with him on PayPal.

    SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I ORDERED FACE MASKS THAT NEVER ARRIVED AND THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS. I WARN YOU DON'T ORDER. READ THESE REVIEWS AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A A LEGIT BUSINESS. SAD THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT CAN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. SO DISAPPOINTED.

    Scammed me out of 2 masks! I got my Attorney involved! They had no right to charge my account 2X's one for international fee! and one for the items! They wont return emails ! SCAM!!! someone has to go after this criminal! Especially during a pandemic! Taking advantage of people!

    I ordered several masks on July 13, and received them on August 3. After I submitted my order I was informed that the order would be sent to Viet Nam for fulfillment. I paid via PayPal, so felt relatively safe that I was protected in the event that my order went wrong.

    The pros: I actually got the masks, and the ones I received were the ones I ordered. (I read somewhere that someone got entirely different masks. It made it sound as if the company was shipping out just any old rubbish, but it appears now that maybe two orders simply got crossed.) If you buy a lot of masks, the pricing is really terrific.

    The cons: The images aren't nearly as sharp and bright as they appear in the online catalog. The colors are muddied and run into one another, like a low-res photograph. Because the top layer is a different material from the inner layer, I'm kind of afraid of what will happen to the integrity of the layers, as well as to the images, when I wash the masks.

    Bottom line: I wouldn't order from them again, but I don't think they're a scam.

    Ordered an item 2 1/2 weeks ago & have yet to receive it. In addition, the DHL tracking number is bogus. Definitely beginning to believe I was scammed & will initiate a dispute with my bank/PayPal if not received within the next week.

    I placed my order with Aly Candy beforeI read these reviews and I became very concerned. I figured I had just blown $48 and would receive nothing. But I was wrong! I just received my masks and they are great! Just as pictured, very soft- I love them! They did take a while to receive (about 3 weeks) and the tracking from China is not very accurate. But I did get my order and it was complete and correct.

    Whew!!!

    I have ordered face masks from this site on a number of occasions, because I was very satisfied with their comfort, fit, and protection. In Sept., I placed an order for $100 worth of masks. On the web site, they looked like the usual design. Three weeks later, I reached out to the company to find out why I had received an email notifying me that the status of the order had been updated to "delivered" when I had not in fact received them. I received several emails over the next week asking for the same information over and over again and promising to "escalate" my case. I eventually received an email from someone claiming to be an executive stating that the supply chain had caused the delay in delivery. I suddenly received my order two days later (shipped from NY). The entire design of the masks had changed. The material was cheaper, so the masks now gapped at the top and bottom. Instead of comfortable tube elastic threaded through a casement, the masks now had cheap, thin, flat elastic tacked to the corners. As a result, the masks now gapped at the sides, as well. I complained again. The alleged executive promised to send me the same order done in the original style. That was in October. I'm still waiting and out $100. Dear reader, learn from my mistake. Do not order masks from this untrustworthy, duplicitous seller.
