Rating:Scam. I ordered over a month ago and as soon as I placed the order, I realized this site probably wasn't legit so I emailed to cancel the order because their is no option to cancel, you have to email and wait for a response.
They always respond through the night and I was asked why I wanted to cancel, no legit retailer asks for a reason, you can just cancel, then they asked if I would take a discount to keep the order before I could even respond, I got a shipping notification....3 weeks later and still nothing, I filed a claim through PayPal. They responded and said 1 of my 4 items shipped and they apologize for the delay. I received one item and the quality was crap, the other items still have not shipped. Shame on me for not doing research prior to ordering from this site.

Rating:Scam. I ordered a pair of pants. Was charged an international fee in addition to the product price and shipping. 4 weeks later, on a few occasions, I'm asking for some kind of response from them via the email address on their website. Never one response. I will have to complain to paypal and my bank and see if I can get any of my money back. Don't see that I will ever get my item I ordered and paid for.

Rating:I also ordered from this company ,and like you said always at night or wee hours in the morning. I ordered two blouses and a pair of flower jeans. Over a month ago. Pay pal needs to stop dealing with this company. I will be contacting Pay Pal.

Rating:Luvrosy is an absolute SCAM. Uses pics of legit clothing and then tries to duplicate- you receive clothing that looks nothing like what you saw online. In trying to return within 30 day window- they keep asking me to resell or give me future discount. Their site shows all credit cards but actually only accepts PayPal. I have escalated to PayPal claims for refund. I am reporting to other agencies as well. (will probably not do any good- but I need to fight a good fight, ha)

Rating:They are thieves in China just like the other company Shein Any company in China are scammers never respond to emails and never. Accept returns and the clothing is horrible never order anything from overseas or they. Will rip you off

Rating:BEFORE YOU CONTINUE TO READ PLEASE PLEASE REPORT THEM TO YOUR BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND TO YOUR BANK OR HOWEVER YOU PAID. DISPUTE THE CHARGES. IVE FILED REPORTS TO BOTH. I DONT KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN BUT THE MORE PEOPLE REPORT THEM THE GREATER CHANCE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY WILL GET WHATS DUE TO THEM AND US OUR MONEY BACK.
I found that this company is a scam. I ordered two things. They sent me two very different items from what I ordered. I did not receive the items I purchased. I was also charged for shipping and the website stated very clearly I was to receive free shipping for my order. I have sent them four email requests to return these for a refund. Their website says someone will respond within 24 hrs. It has now been 94 hrs. There is no phone number to call. Only an email on their website. Service@luvrosy.com I am so upset and just want my money back and return these items that aren’t even what I ordered. I can’t get any help from the seller and something isn’t right here.
I am now out of 81 bucks for clothes I didn’t order and the quality of these alone is sooooooooo substandard I wouldn’t buy them at the dollar storE

Rating:Took 2 months to get my order of 2 dresses!!!! Finally they came and the quality of the dresses is HORRIBLE!! I feel so duped by them. One dress was damaged on a shoulder. Not stiched all the way through and the other dress looks EXACTLY LIKE IT WAS MADE FROM UMBRELLA fabric and perfectly see through! HORRIBLE! After 4 emails they tell me to send pictures and explain the issues- so I did. 3 days later they get back to me and say our garments are all checked, maybe you want to keep them or give them to someone! I know they did not EVEN look at the photos I sent, per their request for a refund! IF I WANT TO RETURN THEM I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT! BAD BUSINESS ALL AROUND! I will be contacting PayPal.

Rating:I wish I had read this before ordering. I’m waiting on an order now. Finally received one of the two dresses & it’s exactly what a previous customer described, umbrella material!! Very cheap looking & the colors are dull I’m still waiting in another dress that I ordered, but after reading all these reviews, I feel I won’t like it either. What can a person do?? What can be done to this misleading company? Is anyone accountable?

Rating:AWFUL - DO NOT ORDER. Items purchased for a specific event (engagement party) arrived after the event, and the items do not look like the website photos. One shirt that looks like a normal shirt on the website only covers the shoulders/sleeves and completely exposed, full chest to belly button. Ridiculous. I filed a claim with econsumer.gov and will be calling my bank to file a claim. Frankly, I think they're not responding b/c they know they are toast.

Rating:DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. The item of clothing I ordered wasn't the same as in the photo. I sent an email asking how to return the item - it takes week to get a reply. They told me that shipping back to China would be more expensive than the item and suggested that I sell the item to my friends and they would give me a discount code for 15% off of my next order (instead of the full amount for the item that doesn't fit).
