Rating:I bought 1 pair of trousers which were fine so thought I would order 2 more pairs different colours, BIG MISTAKE. 2 pairs turned up one pair so long ( I had ordered petite ) and the other was so long and wide I would need to put on another 3 stone and grow 6 inches for them to fit. I contacted them to arrange a return and a refund (add says free refunds) after 20 emails me sending 4 photos and a video I am still trying to get my money back, I even agreed to replacement but they keep asking what size. Please steer clear of this company.

Rating:Terrible customer service. I am trying to return one of the items I ordered and after over 20 emails all i get is a automatic reply saying that my email has been replied to. They are supposed to give an address for the return but I just cant seem to get them to give me the return address. STEER CLEAR, you can return the items!

Rating:Waiting nearly 3 months for my order. Saying it will be with you in 3 days then suddenly it has apparently been delivered (it has not). Good luck getting your money back from this company. All I get are lies.

Rating:I ordered a pair of trousers which were too big, there is no address to send things back. When I contacted them they said I would need to pay £3 to return them, I agreed but then it all went silent, and they would not give an address to return them to. I would steer clear and you will not get your money back.
