Rating:Hands off scheherad.com - it is a very suspect business and I have doubts that they are sending any products. I am trying since over 3 weeks without success to cancel my not yet (from china) shipped products. Nobody confirms my request to cancel and scheherad tries everytime only to convince me, not to cancel. My order from 29.2.20 was directly confirmed, money immediately deducted from paypal, then 5 days no update. First reaction when I had sent my cancelation e-mail on 5.3.20 - since then I am trying in countless e-mails to get somebody to confirm my cancelation. They answer everytime, but with comments like „the products are nice, don‘t you want to reconsider...“
