Rating:Actual product doesn't match theit pictures!
I ordered a t-shirt based on reviews and their "great" pictures of the product. However, when I received the shirt yesterday, the screen printing was out of focus and wash out. Nothing like the picture! I wrote to them asking for a return authorization and instructions for return and credit. I got a message asking for a picture of the t-shirt, I guess for their edification and clarity. I knew right then that I was dealing with a Chinese firm and people. I expect to have any issue dealt with quickly and seamlessly, but this amounts to delay and "negotiation". This only serves to harden my resolve and getting a credit now, instead of a run around.
