Rating:Garment arrived in good time but was not the luxury cashmere jumper I had ordered. It was same design but cotton and acrylic.
the 24 hr help is you sending them an email. No phone service. I've not had any reply to my email yet wanting to return it. 5 days and waiting..,

Rating:Purchased a dress which looked smart in the photo on facebook. It was poor quality, very different from description and photo.I thought was dealing with a N.Z.company. I paid in N.Z.dollars and free shipping within N.Z. No phone number, just email which operated from China. Problems getting refund,eventually after numerous emails they agreed but I needed to return it to China I didn't bother, too expensive.Very deceptive people. What a scam!

Rating:Bought a top for $79. It arrived about 10 days later which is not a very quick delivery. Although the companies say they are in New Zealand the top came from China. It was of an inferior material not linen/cotton that aloha Wellington said it was. The top was also too small and decided I wanted to return it. When I contacted aloha Wellington they offered me discount coupons to keep the item. I don't want to keep it because it is the quality and too small. Finally after emailing backwards and forwards about five times they gave me an address to send the top back to. It had to be sent to China and it had a limited time to get there. I have subsequently seen the same top on AliExpress for $7.95
