Rating:It's a fake store. I emailed the brands of those bikes, and they confirmed that they do not collaborate with them and that the store is fake.

Rating:Happened also to me a faude with ek-tronic.com that is a fake store and they steal money to people. They stole 899 euro and they never rembursed to me even though I cancelled the order the day after the payment.

Rating:If we are talking about https://ek-tronic.com/ than is complete scam. The seler was very friendly during the order. He answered my questions within an hour at latest. On the day of the agreed delivery, he disappeared and is no longer answering my emails or answering on the phone. Of course, the item ordered and paid for was not delivered either. Also no response regarding my money refund request.
I strictly advise against all purchases from these "honest" sellers.
