Rating:Ordered JBL speakers from Winjeys, supposedly a US company in California. However, customer service is from henwinto.com. After over 6 weeks, i still have not received my order.
Delivery estimate at time of order was "12-20 days". Tracking number is a joke.....it shows only that it is in transit to US from China. Contacted customer service 2 weeks ago and they apologized and asked to just "wait some more days". BUYER BEWARE!

Rating:They are a SCAM--do not use them!! It took 2 months for me to receive my product and when I finally received it, the product was broken!!
They would only give me 5% of what I paid for it back since it costs them $20 to ship it back to China. Shame on them!!!

Rating:I agree with all the other replies. This is a scam. Product doesn’t work. They say it will cost $20 to ship back and will not allow returns.
It takes 45-60 to receive. DO NOT buy.

Rating:This firm is at minimum incompetent from a customer service perspective and maybe a fraud. I made a purchase of around 175 in value in May with a promised delivery date of 5-20 days. The tracking information order was incorrect. I reached out to customer service and had to contact them multiple times to find the correct USPS tracking number. On the day of the delivery (which was posted incorrectly by the USPS) the shipment was returned by the USPS to the sender due to missing address info. I double checked my order and I had use the correct address. I contact the website again, only to get an inane reply that the shipment was in process, referring to the shipping number that was returned to sender. I am furious with this company (or maybe fraudster). The domain is listed in China with no US contact information. Shame on my for ordering without more diligence. I am not letting this go until I get my order the company is out of business. The actual website is https://www.kaissay.com/ however, customer service is on a domain called henwinto.com. PLEASE DO FALL PREY to this firm.

Rating:3 months after I ordered. Tracking number said returned due to bad address. Address on shipment was correct. Customer service keeps asking for screenshot of address and order. I have sent information three times but they keep asking again. Piece of shit company. Scam scam scam.

Rating:I ordered a folding laundry bowl with lid that acts like a mini spinner. Paid $35 including postage and packaging. What eventually arrived was a very small bowl not big enough for a pair of socks worth about £3! Customer service said I didn't order the lid! Asked for refund but told it would cost $20 to return. What a scam. Never again

Rating:Well, I fell prey to Brianvs.com / also known as service@henwinto.com when I ordered a pair of Birkenstock Sandles. I received the sandles after a month, but they definitely are not Birkenstock’s. I’m not going to persue returning these because I doubt I could get any kind of refund. Just a run around.

Rating:Complete fraud operating under many changing names from a mobile trans shipment warehouse in California. Hiding behind two layers of Paypal. Very phony web sites. The watches they sell are really really cheap knock - offs and they use stolen pictures of the real product including videos and descriptions taken from the real manufacturers website. And they tell you it is the real thing. If you can even find customer service - or they respond - forget it. They have no intention of making good on anything. They are thieves, period. They just are delaying until they can shut down the latest scam and clear out the funds. The thing that really irks me is both Paypal and Facebook know this - take their money - and don't care as long as they do not get blamed. Folks, time to attack Paypal and Facebook for enabling and participating in fraud.

Rating:A total scam. As another buyer has mentioned i boight s portable collapsible washing machine. What arrived was 2 plastic tubs that even my 3 year old called bowls. When i emailed for a refund i got given the run aroound. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, THEY ARE A SCAM!! You have been warned.

Rating:I unfortunately ordered a pair of Raptor 6:1 Emergency Response Shears from what originally appeared to be a reputable company, until the shipping email came through with henwinto as the site, oh and was sent a pair of cheap Tough Cuts, the company seem to be doing what everyone else is saying here - we sent what you ordered! it will cost blah blah to send back....

Rating:Orderered one thing. It arrived in about a week which completely shocked me. Usually stuff from China takes forever. Box was properly destroyed when received. Opened it up. I ordered some supposedly super bright flashlight. What I got is not the light shown in the ad. Literally. It's a different shape, size...It's almost entirely made of plastic, including the lens. In short, it's not the same product advertised and a total POS. Don't order from them.

Rating:Please, don't ever buy from this website. They are really fraudulous, they're only telling lies. I received my order after a very long time and.........it's broken and ugly. I asked them for a refund. But all I got as an answer was: In this case, how about we provide a 5% refund of the total price of vthe order, and you can keep the item.
I've sent them a few e-mails that I didn't agree with it. After that, no more answer at all from them. Hoe fraudulous can they be?????
Please, please don't ever buy anything from this website.

Rating:Just got scammed by these low lives. Ordered a product, received a pool floaty and all they keep saying is send photos of the wrong product and tracking number- which I have done. Now they just won’t even respond. Sick of China ruining the world in every single way possible!

There has to be something we can do to shut them down. Anyone know? And why does Instagram and other social media platforms run their adds? This really pisses me off

Rating:I got duped for the 6 person mat as well. Same exact thing happened to me. I paid through pay pal. I disputed it through them asking to not allow anyone else be able to purchase from Henwinto through pay pal. Luckily pay pal returned my 50 bucks. Total scam but I guess that’s what I get for trusting anything out of china. Thanks Pay Pal for making it right!

Rating:I ordered Lego Disney Castle with LED for $89.99. They sent me a tracking number from Whittier in CA, which is about an hour from where we are. After 3 weeks or so not getting any feedback, I filed a claim with Paypal. These scammer sent me an email asking me to close the claim so they may refund the total cost + $5, too good to be true. The next day I received a box looked like it was ran over by the train with some knocked off Lego pieces and a poor printed instruction for a "Disney castle" that is nothing like what was posted. Payal closed my case because the item was delivered. I was really disappointed and decided to waste some time to actually call Paypal and hold to speak to a real person. Long story short, after explained my story to multiple reps at Payal, I got my money back.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!! IF ANYTHING LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT USUALLY IS.

Rating:I ordered a watch from a website called oliveru.com. It was a super Mario watch and pretty sure they just took the pictures from the real product and do not have anything even close to it. They shipped pretty quick and took a couple of weeks to get to me. I knew something was wrong immediately as I had ordered the deluxe gift box and this was just a tiny envelope. All that was inside was the cheapest piece of crap watch with the tiniest strap I have ever seen and thing would not even power up. I opened a claim with PayPal and got an email from an address paypal@henwinto.com telling me to close the case immediately and they will refund me. Oh and I could keep the cheap price of crap they sent me (oh joy!). After reading everything else here this is obviously a scam. I am posting this in case hopefully if anyone googles the web addresses they will not get duped like myself and others have. Stay away from this company if you can but seems like they use a lot of different websites to scan.

Rating:I order a lawnmower and paid the seller invoice using paypal. When I went back into the site it said the invoice was unpaid soI went back into paypal to pay. After the transaction was complete I checked my PayPal account which showed 2 payments were taken for invoices under two different company names. An email came from Henwinto thanking me for my order. I emailed the company to cancel the order.I then contacted PayPal who immediately got n touch with Henwinto and 1invoice was refunded. 4 weeks down the line I could not even get a tracker no. 5 emails later. No refund was offered just a lot of excuses due to Covid. Today I contacted PayPal and have been advised that I will have my refund within the week. I cannot praise PayPal highly enough. Excellent service from them. Like the other reviews I believe Henwinto is a total scam.
