    This company is a scam!! They take your money for hotel bookings and never book the hotel! Be warned and do not use them

    Same thing happened to us. We booked for the Hyatt Hotel at Lost Pines in Austin, TX and the charge was put immediately on our credit card, even before we went there. The transaction also shows Hyatt, but when you click on details it shows Hotels Hyattregency with a San Francisco phone number. When we arrived at the Hyatt, they had no record of the booking and we ended up paying twice. Definitely a scam

    Do not book with them! i booked a stay in vegas at the rio hotel and casino and i called 2 days before my scheduled date and they didnt have me in the system at all under any room! luckily the lady was nice enough to hook me up after i explained i had already paid $700 but dont use this website they are scammers and will have you on the phone trying to convince you their real. i was on the phone with their support number for literally 3 hours and they kept telling me their system is not allowing them to log in to give me a correct reservation number!!!! don't book!! best of luck to you

    Total scam. Happened to me as well when I booked a Hilton hotel in Chicago. Then when I called the hotel they had no record of the reservation. 100% Scam artists!!
