Rating:Although it's supposed to be coming from the UK it appears to be coming from China. But I'm not sure it actually is coming because the tracking number says it's Hermes but it's not it's too short. I've tried contacting Joycuts on the email they provide several times but I get no response.
I think this is a scam.

Rating:I agree with Julian in that you think you are ordering from the UK but the tracking looks to be coming from Asia, albeit the item itself is not able to be tracked. And again, try and email and you are wasting your time. These are scammers and folk need to know. I have to rate one star but should be zero!

Rating:Joycuts are a scam do not order from them you will not received your item or get your money back they don't answer your question or emails so don't bother with them

it is a scam, I don't understand how they are allowed to advertise on YouTube ?
