Rating:I invested money in their online crypto trading platform thinking it was totally legit but when I tried to withdraw some of my funds I kept getting "Failed Transaction" messages then the next day when I logged in I got a page asking me to re-verify my identity which I had already done when setting up my account. Now in my "Identity Verification" page there is a large message there that says "AUDIT" and if I try to withdraw funds I get a pop up message saying "Funds cannot be withdrawn until identity is verified" I have contacted the leader of the group with no response and his assistant Caroline who doesn't seem to be able to help me. I have found they have little to no customer support. Only an online chat where after explaining my problem, the only reply I got was 'To please be patient, that it takes some time to process my identity". Now it has been over 3 days and I still have the "Audit" message and still cannot withdraw any funds. I am now pretty sure this is a scam and several membersin the trading group have invested $50K up to hundreds of thousands of dollars. When they find out they cannot withdraw their funds things are going to get real bad. I suspect the website will end up disappearing on us with our money. I would like to know if I have any options to get my money back. I have about $5,000 in that account and that is a lot of money to me.
