Not AU or Sydney based.
Dreadful quality products shipped from
China.
Refund and Returns policies are a sham - I've been trying for 3 weeks to return an order for refund.
Their online trading policies are completely false.
Refund only available if you return the product, at your expense, by registered mail to an address in China. They will only refund on confirmation of receipt, which I'm guessing they will claim they never receive and then resell the product to the next unsuspecting person.

Rating:This is a scam. I ordered two things. Both said ‘delivered' on their tracking system. But after taking the money the first item was out of stock.
The second item arrived eventually and was of poor quality and disappointing. Offered partial refund if I sent it back and advised to think of the air miles and climate
change. Despite having a Sydney webpage the item came from China. Also - since making purchase I have had over 15 scam phone calls and emails.

Rating:Definitely a scam. Their website lists an address in Sydney as their physical shop with opening hours. Address does not have their shop. Address has the Sydney Masonic Centre and other office premises. No retail there.

Rating:I ordered a dress which was dreadful and appeared to be home made without any tags.. They make it impossible to return their goods. I am sorry that I didn't find this website before my purchase.

Rating:Ordered boots from them. Fell apart in 2 weeks. Unwearable now. Paid $99 and they've offered $15 back.
Absolute scam and so wrong they can operate.

Rating:I have the same issue as Louise these boots are rubbish, despite all of the very favorable reviews on the website.
I did better than her though, I've got their offer of 30% rebate to keep the faulty boots or a 60% credit to use to buy another low quality, likely faulty product. HaHa

Rating:I wish that i had read the previous coments before bying what was to be genuine leather boots. They were a cheap vinyl not leather. As everyone else has mentioned, they operate from China not Sydney! Very difficult to deal with so stay away from them.

Rating:Same again. Boots nothing like "Real Leather" and trying to return them was ludicrous. $75 postage to China and no guarantee that it will not be rejected at the China border. Then you would have done the purchase price AND the return postage!
Luckily, PayPal saw the scam and refunded to cost.

Rating:Rubbish. Don't be a sucker and buy anything from them. What they deliver is not what you ordered, but they say it is. Very difficult to deal with. Write it up to experience.
