Rating:I logged in to Scamdoc because I wanted to see if Gypside was a reliable website. I would love to purchase a shirt but I want the money to go to helping the animals burned in the Australian fires. I hate these websites who spring up to make money because of a horrible situation. I want the money to go to the animal not in someone's pocket.

Rating:To help the animals in Australia I ordered 3 chains with koala bears. I payed them. Since 5 weeks I'm waiting for my order. I wrote 4 emails, no response. I wanted to help the animals and now someone abuses the sad situation, and put the money into her or his pocket. Shame on you!

Rating:I also placed an order on January 30th and have not received the items or any tracking information. I just emailed the company today, but from what I am reading, it doesn't matter and I will not get a response...or the items I ordered. Very upsetting. Does anyone know if Pay-Pal will help to refund the money?

Rating:I also ordered a shirt the middle of January and get a copy that said it was confirmed, but have not heard anything at all from them and have sent several emails and no response back. They got my money but I have never received anything. Beware of this site. I wanted to help the sminsls in Australia but I guess it help put some money in some jerk’s pocket!!!!

Rating:Scam. They report other businesses trying to help out as well, in order to ensure they are the only ones doing this. Never received my order and have only heard bad things. They probably don’t even donate...

Rating:If you used a credit card, make sure to go to your credit card web site and dispute the charges. My wife ordered a Koala shirt, never arrived, and we're disputing the charges with Chase.

Rating:I can’t say yet, if this company is a scam or not. I placed an order on February 9, and today is March 3. I received a confirmation that my order was received and paid for. Haven’t heard a word since. However, this is the 3rd time I have ordered from one of these companies advertising on FB. Thought sure I was scammed the first 2 times, but did end up receiving my orders.....6 to 8 weeks later. I too, am used to receiving items I’ve ordered through Amazon, within 2 to 3 days of placing the order. So I guess that I will wait for a couple more weeks before contacting PayPal. They give you 180 days to file a dispute.

I ordered a top in January and I am still waiting, I dont think its gonna come. Its a shame as it was meant to be for a good cause, they not only let their customers down but they let charities down as well. oh well lesson learnt, always check before ordering in future....

Rating:I had the same experience. I placed my order beginning of February and have not received and shirts. Emailed multiple times with no response. I am now disputing with credit card company and hoping to get my money back so I can actually put it toward a good cause instead of a scam.

Rating:I ordered a Koala sweatshirt on Feb 2nd. It took ages to come and when it did arrive, was the wrong size. I sent them photos to prove it but they said to return would be expensive, so I am stuck with it. Will never order from them again. What a scam - disgusting!

Rating:I ordered February 3rd. They took my money and sent me my confirmation email and said I would have my order in a week. It is April 2 and still nothing. I have sent them several emails with no response and now all their websites and Facebook have been removed. So angry companies can keep doi g this!

Rating:My wife's order did eventually arrive after 6 or so weeks, and the t shirt was as ordered and arrived in perfect shape. However, during the interim, the lack of communication with Gypside was disturbing. Other than the initial automatic confirmation email & tracking info (Which incidentally did not work...), any emails to them went unanswered. AND my wife's card was charged an additional "foreign transaction fee", which makes me wonder where "Gypside" is based. Very eventually we got another email and tracking info (Which did work) showing her order meandering thru China and ending up in Hong Kong. A week or so after that the package arrived. This is our experience. I think there are better ways to buy a t shirt!
