    Ordered from them three weeks ago but they charged me twice. I told them about it immediately but they said because I bought the item at promotional price I can’t have a refund even though they were the ones to place the second order for me! Had lots of emails from them but none of them trying to help. Not only does it not say anywhere on their site that promotional items can’t be refunded but it is actually against Consumer Law to refuse within 14 days. When my delivery date came and went o asked where my order was and they said it hadn’t even shipped. This is a scam - stay well away!

    Only given one star because it won’t let me give none!

    I too am waiting, have sent dozens of emails wanting to know what shipping company they've used and a proper tracking number only to be told there is a delay and it is on its way so no answer to my questions. I new this was a mistake the minute I placed order and even after asking many times for it to be canceled and refunded their answer was a straight no. They are no longer replying to my emails.

    Hipsline.com is definitely a scam company. They are dishonest, they do not send the products and they will charge you for more than one product and say that's what you ordered. They delete all negative comments, so new customers can't be forewarned. They have blocked me and will no longer respond to my concerns, yet they still feel the need to keep my money.

    yea never received my order and they told me I can’t get a refund or cancel it I ordered from amazon and got it in two days wish I read the reviews before ordering horrible customer service

    I have had the same issue with the company when I ordered it via Instagram its come up like you haven't place the order so when I pressed process order it ordered another one. I sent numerous asking them to cancel 1 of the orders but they advised as it was bought at a promotional rate no refunds which Is illegal. I have tried to contact them via facebook and messanger but they have blocked me and there are no details to email them

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I am contacting my bank to see if they can refund

    also neither tracking number works so cant track the order but this was ordered 4 weeks agi

    Do not buy from this company. Placed an order it was processed as 2. Asked for refund and was denied. They wont respond to my emails any more

    Since your company continues to deny my request for a refund, I would like to know when exactly do you plan to begin to process the orders as the order was placed on 2/9/2020 and according to your website orders are processed within 24 hrs. When checking on the status it indicates that neither order numbers are found in your system. (Please refer to attachments sent in email)

    This had been a very disappointing experience thus far

    Same experience as most other users. I am a single mum and can't get out to classes so invested the 30 quid I got for Christmas in this. It's never appeared in two months and the replies say the post office must have it so basically tough luck. They have now stopped replying.

    I have not received my order I keep emailing getting apologies saying they are behind it will be shipped this day I can track but when i try it will not let me. The last message i received was my tracking number it let me check the message say i would receive it on March 4th but i have not and i can no long check the tracking. I ordered it on February 12. I left a message that I will be happy to receive my money back!

    Nothing was delivered. Hipsline is a SCAM!!! I intended on purchasing one exercise equipment from this company on Sunday 2nd February 2020. I accidentally pressed the "purchase" tab a second time immediately after making my first purchase. I then notified them a few minutes after when I realised that I accidentally made a second purchase. They replied stating that they cannot cancel or give refunds on items that are on sale. I asked if an exception could be made based on the circumstance that I reported my error before they even shipped the item. They responded apologizing for the inconvenience but still stated that they could not cancel the order nor reimburse me.

    The packages were suppose to be delivered between 17th February and 25th February 2020.By the 2nd March, I had to send them a message informing them that I did NOT receive my packages and that I was generally disappointed with their service. They only responded to my disappointment with their service on 4th March 2020. I then had to reply asking them to address my delivery issue on 4th March 2020. They replied on the 11th stating that it should have been delivered already and that I should contact my postal office. I contacted there before I sent the email inquiring about my package because I could not believe that it would take that long. When I checked the tracker on the site it is still stating "on the way" and at the bottom "we're sorry for the delay".

    Hipsline is a scam!! Its coming up on 3 months on the 25 of April. I have received nothing. I have wrote to them threatening them many times and all they said, due to the Coronavirus, it will take longer for the items to be delivered. Bull shit!! I have purchased things and the things i have purchased online has not taken 3 months to get to me. I asked for a refund and they said its a sale price so i can't give you your money back. I thought i only ordered it once but shows i ordered twice. They told me it must got lost and i will be sending you another one and that was about a month ago.

    So DO NOT buy nothing from these people again!!!

    I ordered on Jan 30th and I still haven't received my order. I get the same messages from Customer Service. I will never order from them again. We need to file a class action suit against them. This company is a scam. Please do not.order from this company.
