Rating:On 13/07/2024 I made a purchase of €249.29. On 22/07/2024 I received an email from Luminerot stating that there had been a technical problem and that the payment had been made, but that they had not received the money. According to them, my bank would return the money to me within a few days, which never happened.
On 21 August 2024, I sent an email to complain about the delivery or for the money to be returned. In reply they said again that they hadn't received the money and that we should complain to our bank. I insisted again that the money should be returned, but they never replied.
